Refund Policy
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles refunds.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Kitgrow Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — for monthly or yearly plans, no questions asked. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal if you haven’t used the AI since it renewed.
How to ask
Reply to your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or email us at support@kitgrow.app with the email address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the app’s settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Your apps and records stay on your computer either way.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
